Prices are starting prices. Final pricing depends on vehicle size, condition, location, and extra services required. We always confirm the final price with you before any work begins.

Yes. Prime Auto Detailing provides mobile service at homes, workplaces, driveways, and approved private parking areas. We bring everything we need.

Pet hair, stains, sand, mud, and heavy dirt may require an add-on fee because they take extra time. We'll let you know in advance with a clear quote.

Exterior services may be rescheduled during heavy rain or unsafe weather. Interior services may still be available if the location is suitable.

Yes. Customers should remove personal items before the appointment so the vehicle can be cleaned properly. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

E-transfer and cash are accepted. Card payment may be added later.

Some services may require water or power access. Rinseless wash options may be available depending on the location and vehicle condition — we always confirm before booking.

Starting Price Policy

Vehicle Condition Policy

Heavily soiled vehicles, pet hair, stains, sand, mud, and excessive dirt may require an additional fee.

Weather Policy

Exterior services may be rescheduled during heavy rain or unsafe weather for everyone's safety.

Travel Fee Policy

Core areas have no travel fee. Locations 20–30 minutes away may have a small travel fee. 30+ minutes away will be quoted based on distance.

Personal Items Policy

Customers must remove personal items before the appointment. Prime Auto Detailing is not responsible for items left behind.

Photo Permission Policy

We may take photos of vehicles for our portfolio and social media. Let us know if you prefer your vehicle not be photographed.

Environmental Note

We aim to work responsibly by using safe cleaning methods, reducing water waste when possible, and avoiding unsafe runoff areas.
